Born out of the desire to make things better

 

Our experience has taught us that the successful management of any owners corporation is better served on the basis of risk aversion, rather than disaster management. Issues will occur in any complex, but all our systems and management techniques are developed around being proactive and ensuring that when issues do arise, they are dealt with professionally, quickly and with all lot owners respective interests in mind. Equally, strategies are also employed to minimize many of the incidental daily issues which tend to arise through poor management.

Our proactive process to maintenance and management is designed to ensure that all complexes are managed with a significant eye to reducing issues and major costs into the future.

While we will always act under the principles of the owners corporation act, we also fully understand and appreciate that not all of the parties, who create the community of any complex, are solely dictated too by the OC rules. As with all elements of life, we as OC managers pride ourselves on being expert in navigating and managing the many conflicting views, laws and guiding principles that are required to effectively operate an owners corporation. 

As experienced managers of multi dwelling complexes, we provide an unrivaled understanding of not only the Owners Corporation Act, but ALL the acts which make the operation of a complex successful.
